Fall Thank you

I have the best work staff. They help make our work a good place to be. They are great listeners, mostly because I never stop talking. They often keep me laughing. They always remind me what I need to be doing, as I am often sidetracked. Most of all, they are amazing ladies.

The ladies helped me celebrate my birthday with special treats and gifts.
So to thank them for being so kind, I created these gift boxes. These sure turned out cute.
It was so nice to get into my room and create. Its been a while since I've had time to spend creating fun stuff. I've missed it.

Here is a link to the box instructions I used.

Please know that I no longer sell Stampin Up products, or have classes.
But I am still using their products. However some of the products are out dated.

Products used today:
Paper: SU Lost Lagoon, Very Vanilla, and paper scraps from a paper pack that hase been retired for years, and I can't remember its name. But they are all fall colors with leafs on them.
Stamps: SU Vintage Leaves, SU Express Yourself, and a homemade tree stump stamp, I made myself.
Embossing folder: From SU
Dies: SU Leaflits and Deco Labels
Ink: SU Early Espresso, Lost Lagoon, More Mustard, Crumb Cake, and Cajun Craze.

If you have none or some of these products, you can get creative and substitute with other products.
That's what I love about creating.
Happy Stamping!!!

Just for Fun!

Spending time in my room today, while it once again snows.
Yuk!!

I wanted to try making a mini scrapbook using some
extra pockets and pages left over from previous projects.
I can't remember where I found the tutorial for the pocket pages.
But this post is more about using scraps, leftovers and UFO's (UnFinished objects)
Sooooo........
This project turned out to be a mod-podge.
I picked up a paper pack at a rummage sale,
to create a beautiful scrapbook for a Christmas gift.
After creating the Christmas gift, I ended up with one, double sided pocket page.
Which I used in the center of my scrapbook.
I created two more pockets, using scrap papers, and added one to the front and back (inside) covers.
Also using scraps I created front and back covers.
Which gave me a four pocket mini scrapbook.

I love my Stampin Up stamps,
and find myself using them, regardless of the project I'm working on.
Using the Petite Petals Bundle (134822), the Flower Shop Bundle  (132726),
and Perfect Pennants stamp set (133227)
I created this cute cover.....

I liked the placement of the flowers so much,
so I dug in my scrap box and found an odd sized card (probably one I cut wrong)
And decided to make a matching card.

I couldn't stop there.
I decided this was such a cute design, that I created one for my stamping friends.
At May's class we will make this card, with the bright spring colors!!!!

I am having way too much fun with these stamps!

Happy Stamping!

My Pinterest CAS Cards

I've spent some time on Pinterest. Its a wonderful sight, full of information, ideas and DIY projects for everything you can imagine. For me, I'm addicted to the cards and scrapbooking. Here are a few of my Pinterest projects.
Again I have challenged myself to use only scraps. I am happy with the outcome of these cards. Happy Stamping!
